Sharing
Share links & viewers
Every run has one public link. Send it to anyone and they can watch live — no app to install, no account to create.
Your share link#
A share link is created the instant you start (or schedule) a run. It's a short, public URL. The same link works for the whole lifecycle of a run:
- Before it starts — shows a live countdown for a scheduled run
- While you run — shows the live map, stats, and cheers
- After you finish — becomes the recap replay
You can copy any run's link from your console under Share links.
What viewers see#
When someone opens your link during a live run, they get:
- A live map following your position along the route
- Your pace or speed, distance, elevation, and heart rate
- Heart-rate zones shown as colors along the route
- Any photos you've shared, pinned to the map
- A live comment and cheer feed
Viewers never sign in and never install anything — it all runs in the browser on their phone or computer.
A share link is public
Anyone who has the link can watch that run, including your live location while it's happening. Only share it with people you want watching, and end your run when you're done. You can also delete a run entirely — see Privacy & data.
The explore feed#
Public runs can also appear on the explore feed, where anyone can discover live runs, browse recent ones, and search by runner, location, or date. It's a great way to find a friend's run if you misplaced the link.
