Terms of Service

VOY lets runners stream their live GPS location and heart rate so that friends and family can follow along in a browser via a share link. Runners use the mobile app; viewers open a link. Some features require an account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

A share link makes your live location, route, pace, and heart rate viewable by anyone who has it. You are responsible for deciding who to share with and when to start and stop a run. Do not share a link in a way that could put you or others at risk, and do not stream another person's location without their clear consent.

You agree not to:

use VOY for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or impersonate others; post content in comments or reactions that is abusive, hateful, or infringing; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; or use it to track or surveil someone without their consent.

Comments and reactions you submit are your responsibility. You grant VOY the limited right to store and display that content as part of operating the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

VOY displays heart rate and other metrics for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice — do not rely on it for any health decision. Run safely and follow your own judgment and local laws.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Live tracking depends on GPS, your phone, your watch, and network conditions, and may be delayed or interrupted. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOY and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any harm resulting from sharing your location.

You may stop using VOY and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm others or the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we make changes.
