Cheers & comments
The point of VOY is connection. Viewers can react and comment in real time, and it all shows up right on your run.
Cheers & reactions#
Viewers can tap to send a cheer — a quick reaction that pops up on the run for everyone, including you. They're perfect for a boost at mile 20 when someone can't be there in person.
Comments#
Viewers can also leave short comments. When someone comments, they:
- Choose a display name — no account required
- Pick an emoji to go with it
- Type a message that appears in the live feed instantly
Because viewers don't sign in, the display name is whatever they enter — it doesn't have to be a real name.
Voice messages are coming soon — viewers will be able to send a short voice note instead of typing, played back right in the feed and saved with the recap.
Cheers stay with the recap
Comments and cheers are saved with the run, so when you look back at a recap you'll see all the encouragement your people sent while you were out there.
Managing a run's comments#
You control the run itself: ending it stops new comments, and deleting a run removes it along with all of its comments and reactions. If a run is getting unwanted attention, ending or deleting it is the fastest fix.
